Brian did a great job servicing my furnace and humidifier. He is extremely knowledgeable, professional, has a great attitude, has quality of service in mind, and made me feel like a valued customer. He identified issues with my furnace and humidifier that may have been missed by other technicians. He answered all my questions making sure that I understood his answers. What I appreciated most was the fact that he double checked my system to make sure it was functioning without any issues. In my opinion Brian did an exceptional job and I am very satisfied with his performance. The bottom line is that in these tough times we are all going through, I at least have peace of mind that my furnace and humidifier will function without issue during this winter.
