Spring/Summer AC CPP Maintenance Inspection completed by Comfort Tech Tim. No issues found. System cooling on departure.
Fall/Winter CPP Geothermal Maintenance Inspection completed by Comfort Techs Dustyn & Chris. No issues found. System heating on departure.

Service Ticket Issue: AC system not blowing. Service Tech Report: Blower wheel was very dirty. Scrubbed it out with a wire brush. Blower was also not coming on in cooling mode but worked for heat. Adjusted wiring to get motor running and also bump motor speed up for increased airflow. System tested in heating and cooling modes, everything is working as it should on departure.
Spring/Summer HP CPP Maintenance Inspection. System cooling properly on departure.
Service Ticket Issue: AC system not cooling. Service Tech Report: Found faulty Thermostat not communicating with HVAC System. Replaced thermostat. System kicked on and cooling on departure.
Service Ticket Issue: Geothermal unit frozen up, system getting condensation leak. Service Tech Report: Refrigerant was low - Refilled. Also topped off Geo loops. System cooling on departure.
Spring/Summer AC CPP Maintenance Inspection. Thermostat and System operating properly on departure. No issues found.
Service Ticket Issue: AC System not cooling and T-stat screen is blank. Technician Service Report: Upstairs unit filter panel blew off. Filter too dirty. Customer will replace. Reset system. Unit working good after a full system restart. Downstairs system shut down due to Condensate lines being plugged. Replaced tubing. System running good after restart.
