Kyle was very thorough when he came to diagnose the heating problem that we had, and made specific recommendation on what needed to be done. Kyle was also very courteous, arrived promptly w/in the time window he gave us. Even though it was a Saturday, and the discounted rate wasn't applied, Air Expert honored the discount for Angies customer anyway. We ended up moving our annual maintenance contract from an existing provider to Air Expert, due mostly to Kyle's work.

Mike did a diagnostic servicing. He was friendly and knowledgeable. I needed a new board. He seemed more focused on selling me a new system. The price for the diagnostic was very reasonable. I'm not sure of the $700 estimate. I'll find out the cost of a new unit tomorrow.
