I recently had no heat and called Air Experts as they'd been out before to make a small repair. Kyle showed up on time and fixed the problem quickly, however this is not why I give this technician 5 stars. He went above and beyond to explain the repair, answer questions and project his very expert advice on what I need to know with an aging system. He made recommendations and gave me plenty of information that will be very helpful as I make decisions involving my HVAC system. It is not often that we encounter folks in the service industry that truly care about the job they do but Kyle is one of those rare gems! Thank-you!
When faced with no AC during recent spike in temps, Air Experts was able to schedule me faster than anyone else. They even ended up moving my appointment appreciably sooner than expected. The tech was so nice and professional. I was so please I requested a maintenance contract for all my heating and air needs. Thank you so much Air Experts!

This was my annual a/c check up. I've been very pleased with Air Experts technicians who are happy to explain things and go the extra mile to keep the equipment in working order. I was not present when Bobby arrived, but my daughter said he was professional, she said Bobby removed his shoes, and he was very polite. She did say he did not check the vent on the second floor?
AirExperts recognized an issue with the fan motor which is under warranty for only 3 more months. Had it not be recognized a big bill would have followed. They could have let it slide to make money down the road but instead took care of us!!!
