The ease of making an appointment is great! The office staff is extremely nice. Our service tech Curtis is the greatest!!! He represents the company great. I had the company Air Experts take over the existing company I was with. Curtis Snipes came out for our first service with Air Experts and I basically questioned him to death. Curtis answered all my questions, really made me feel comfortable with Air Experts. Curtis told me how long he had worked there and how he really liked working for Air Experts. I was so impressed with Curtis, he is the only tech we want to come out. We will be putting our house on the market very soon. I will express to new owners to call Air Experts for any heating and cooling services and have Curtis Snipes perform service.

One heat pump heating tune up,new install system ready for winter weather.
Part call return to replace condenser fan motor and test system is now up and cooling after repair.
No cooling 2nd floor unit for diagnostic and found issues went over issues with homeowner he's deciding which option is best for him and his home.
No heat call. performed a heating tuneup during the tuneup found the issue and fixed checked all other heating operations,system is now up and heating.
Performed heating tuneup, upon arrival unit was not heating found issue and repaired then tested all other mechanical components. system at this time is now heating.
