After your company installed the furnace unit, our utility bills doubled but the house was freezing cold in winter, hot during the summer; repeatedly voiced issues and concerns to KYLE and he did NOTHING! Instead he blamed the house for not heating-up/cooling properly due to the the number of windows. Finally, a supervisor from your company took one look and realized that the YOUR employees did not attach the vents properly. The vents were blocked by the dampers because the ties were misplaced. It took nearly 3 YEARS BEFORE ANY ONE OF YOUR EMPLOYEES FIXED THE PROBLEM THAT YOUR EMPLOYEES CAUSED! KYLE WAS UNRESPONSIVE AND HORRIBLE!

Fast, excellent service with plenty of information and expert advice

It's a terrible feeling when you're a parent of a 1 yr old and you come home to find your A/C not working, but it was an equally welcome relief when Kyle and his associate from Air Experts quickly found and resolved the problem. Thankfully we had service from Air Experts before and they shined then and they shined once again today. Late this morning, I arrived home to find that the A/C wasn't working as it was the day before and seemingly throughout the night. I dug through our home receipts and thankfully found our receipt for the last work that Air Experts did on our heating unit. I quickly gave them a call, which was immediately answered, and gave them a rundown of the situation. They checked for their technicians' earliest availability and gave me a window between 3 and 5 and also made sure to ask if I could be at home in case they had a cancellation and could be there earlier. To my welcome surprise, Kyle called about 4 hours before the expected window and said that they would be at my home in about 45 minutes and were there in 30 minutes. They came to the door and knocked first at which I was right at the door and greeted them immediately. They were very well dressed and clean for a job that gets into the dirtiest parts of your house and politely introduced themselves and went over the information that I provided over the phone and asked to see the thermostat and then asked to be shown the condenser. They also made sure to put on shoe covers/booties to make sure that they didn't accidentally track anything into/through our house. After showing them where everything was and how to get access to everything they needed, they went right to work with me standing there and talked me through their work. They found a few symptoms that could have spelled two major failures, one being the very expensive compressor and the other being the blown capacitor. They replaced the capacitor and tried to cool down the compressor in case it just was in its protective overheat state and not failed. After taking a few more minutes to get a price on replacing the compressor, they tried one last time to see if the compressor was still OK and thankfully they saved me a few thousand dollars in doing so as we don't have to replace the compressor today. They made sure to take a number of other readings and gave my full A/C unit a look over, finding another issue that they were able to remediate simply at no additional cost. Finding everything else working and good for now, they took the time to go over everything with my system and their recommendations and the options that are available to me so I have a clear expectation and understanding when it comes time to replace the system. That will make it easier to set aside money and to plan to replace the whole system instead of having a very expensive surprise and maybe not being able to put in the system that we want to because it was an emergency. All in all, we have had excellent experiences with Air Experts and we expect to continue to go to them for all of our HVAC needs.
