I was delighted with the new employee's service. The tech was polite, well groomed and answered my questions.
I have used this company for a number of years and had very good results with all their people. They showed up when they were supposed to, charged a reasonable amount for what they had to do, didn't mess up the premises and were polite and professional in their conduct.
They charged me 500+ for a leaking toilet tank. This was way overpriced and I’m going to put negative reviews in google and everywhere else.
Super fast response on Sunday after hours. Guys cleaned the drain pipe quickly
I've been using Air Force One since 2009 and have never regretted making that choice after their installation of my main AC unit. I have them doing Spring and Fall preventative maintenance and that has helped extend the life of the unit they installed as well as the upstairs unit that was installed by the home builder over 20+ years ago. For this visit, Jacob was professional, courteous and very open regarding the work that was being done. That is appreciated more than he probably realizes.
Leak found at brazing point going into the evaporative cooling fan
Consulted tech support to necessary readings filled out form
Vent stack is above drain pan and allowing air into the drain line. Start assist for the compressor was installed and tested.
Performed system maintenance. Filter changed. Condenser fins were a bit dirty so they were rinsed. Everything is ready for summer.
Inspected unit for cooling cleared drain line andrinsed condenser. No other issues found.
Found capacitor was bad, but Fan motor also hastrouble running. During visit nest thermostat failed. Also found system only cooling about 10 degrees. System is r22 with a factory charge of 310oz. Give quote on potential repair as well as full system replacement.
System maintenance was performed, 16x 25x4 filter changed. System housing panel that allows access to the service panel was missing a screw and the system had a low temperature differential, and dirty condenser fins. Washed the fins the best I could with a hose and checked the hard ducts for a possible air leak but nothing seemed out of the norm.
Installed hard start kit and checked function starting amps reduced to 111amps.
Routine maintenance performed. Filters replaced. Slightly high amp draw with the air mover and slightly lower temperature change then what we'd like but no cause for concern with either.
Warranty replacement condenser running capacitor. No other issues found.
Missing 1 more filter
Right s side system has a leak indicated by the critically low refrigerant. Recommend 410a recharge and dye pack to find leak at a later datealso cannot complete maintenancedue to the disconnect not being present. Left side system does seem to be slightly low on refrigerant, but not at a critical point yet. However it is an older r22 system so there is no viable option for repair on this unit. Alsoinside blower capacitor is below specification recommend changing out. Charged with 4lb 1oz of 410a.
Routine system Maintenance was performed. Compressor saver was dead after only 3 years so a surge protector and new compressor saver was recommended and approved. Compressor saver is installed and scheduling is needed for the surge protector as the one on hand could not mount on the disconnect style the customer had.
Unit was found to be a twin furnace 7.5ton commercial size system unable to accommodate.
Customer is looking at the 16 seer quote. Will think it over and contact office when she is ready to schedule.
