One suggestion... make sure your technicians are aware of customers that have a Air Force One service plan
We replaced our heat/air conditioning about 4 months ago and our home was comfortable through the frigid temperatures of the storm last week, a couple of rooms were even too warm! They came out and added dampers and adjusted the air flow. The service has always been prompt, courteous and friendly. Thanks.

Josue was extremely professional, found a blown fuse and replaced it quickly. So glad, since the forecast is for below freezing weather for next several days.

Replacement of 9.5 gpm rheem tankless water heater
Found bad motherboard Ordered at Alan location Will return and touch base later next week and go from there
1 system spring PM. Checked indoor unit amps and motors. Checked capacitor. Inspected drain line. Checked temperature differential. Inspected outdoor unit. Checked electrical components. No issues found at this time. System is ready for summer weather.
Flame sensor was dirty from carbon buildup. Cleaned flame sensor and tested unit. It is heating properly at this time.
Unit was tripped on low pressure switch. Did leak search could not find leak. Added 2 pounds of R-410A. Added UV for future diagnostic. Unit is cooling and heating at this time. No other issues found.
Customer upstairs faucet would not completely shutoff hot water. Technician removed handle and discovered the stem was not closing completely. Recommended replacing stem with new one and will provide customer with part number and estimate to replace part on Monday.
Lit pilot for water heater in garage. Customer asked for an estimate to move his newer water heater into the garage and install a tankless in his attic

Found o-ring in water control valve worn and damaged. Replaced damage o-ring. Small crack detected in plastic of water control valve. Attempted to repair with epoxy
System was working fine when I got there. Cleaned flame sensor and inducer port as possible problems to short cycling issue. Recommend customer take a video of system if it short cycles again so we can take a look. Customer signed up for membership program. System is working as designed at this time.
Install new draft inducer motor system is working properly at this time
Installed 2 ton heat pump and air handler combo. Tested system and it working as designed. New filter size 20X20X1. Change every month if possible.
