I switched to AF1 after being ripped off by a previous company on several occasions. AirForce is extremely reliable and honest.
The techs (and in fact everyone I've dealt with) are always very courteous and professional. They strive to do a good job and keep their customers happy. And even if things don't work out as we all hoped (our outside unit turned out to be a lemon), they will make sure it is right in the end. That's a business culture others could learn from.
They are the perfect business to ask for a service.

Technicians attempted to replicate the conditions to make water mark appear but were unable to do so. Customer was informed to call next time the mark appears or if it gets worse.
Filters are in system. Attached are the photos of the filters in the units. Filter access is located in the attic next to the return plenum. Return grills on ceiling do not require filters as the systems have a 4 inch filter in place. One filter per unit is needed. Homeowners have extra filters in the attic.
