I switched to AF1 after being ripped off by a previous company on several occasions. AirForce is extremely reliable and honest.
The techs (and in fact everyone I've dealt with) are always very courteous and professional. They strive to do a good job and keep their customers happy. And even if things don't work out as we all hoped (our outside unit turned out to be a lemon), they will make sure it is right in the end. That's a business culture others could learn from.

Found 1 leak in upstairs evaporator coil. No leak detected in down stairs system. System should have parts warranty send quote on evaporator coil replacement.

Springtime HVAC Repair for a residential customer near Clear Water Drive. Found hard start kit had exploded inside unit and tripped breaker possibly due to a power surge. Checked resistance on compressor windings to ensure no further damage had occurred. No other damage found.
Spring Air Conditioning System Maintenance for a residential homeowner. Inspected both units for cooling. Found water in downstairs furnace drain pan. Clear condensate line. Found upstairs condenser run capacitor well below specified capacitance. Customer authorized replacing capacitor. Capacitor replaced. The system is now operating as it should for the homeowner.
Technicians completed a heating tune up of both the upstairs and downstairs system. Systems were both found to be in working order and proper heating steps of operation were observed. Inspection of reports are attached. Technicians recommended installation of float pan switches in both systems and rerunning primary drain lines and adding jones valves to properly clear drain lines. Customer will be sent estimates and has scheduled a follow up PCM renewal on 5/12/22.
Furnace maintenance - Inspecting unit for heating. No issues found. Filter is 20x25x1. Offered information on Respicaire air purifier.
Technician arrived and found the pilot on the right hand side water heater was not lit. Technician demonstrated to the customer how to relight the pilot light and set the water temperature to hot. Both water heaters are currently lit and working as intended.
Gave the customer a quote for replacing the system he will get back to us with his decision
Technicians ran new thermostat wire from entrance of the home to the furnace above the garage. New thermostat was installed at the entrance and programmed. Existing humidifier interface module was bypassed and set to run in cool mode only. New drain pan float switch was installed and tested. System is currently running and working as intended.
Technician arrived and replaced faulty drain pan float switch. Float switch was tested and worked properly. During installation thermostat failed and after replacing battery technician determined thermostat must be replaced. New Honeywell T3 was installed and thermostat is working but wiring not complete and technicians will return on 7/20 to finish up rewiring and ensure system is working properly.
Humidity levels in the house are around 70%. Checked unit and there are no holes in duct work. Fresh air intake works perfectly. Closes when not called for. Static pressure is .02. Temperature differential is 20 degrees. Unit is working perfectly fine. Customer signed up for membership. 2 visits for maintenance (1 in the fall, 1 in the spring), 15% discount on repairs, 5% discount on new system, $69 trip fee regular business hours, $89 trip fee after hours.
Low voltage short on system. Popped fuse. Checked low voltage wiring and determined the float switch was causing the short due to the electrical storm a couple days ago. Disconnected float and tested unit. It is cooling at this time now. Will come back and replace the float switch at a later date.
