Jacob is on training and he dose not have the total experience. He flushed clean the hvac drain and he didn’t know that he needed to cover the bathroom sink, the whole thing exploded messing up the whole bathroom. They sent other tech to clean up Jacob’s mess. Whatever Jacob did ended up clogging the 2 bathroom sinks. Cost me $350 to fix Jacoba mistake. I am very unhappy with the technician, don’t ever have Jacob as your Techician!!!!!!

The hose on the condensation pump for the A/C clogged up and water overflowed into the hallway and living room. I got an appointment the same day! Outstanding! The technician was able to clear the hose enough to buy me time to order a new pump. Otherwise, it would have meant leaving the unit turned off until a new pump arrived.

Summertime HVAC Maintenance performed for a residential customer near Williams Elementary School. System preventative maintenance performed. Filter replaced. High startup amp pull found in outside unit and compressor saver estimate sent to alleviate that. Partial drain blockage and non functional float switch found. Drain was blown out and an estimate will be sent for the float switch. System is operational and ready for summer. Thermostat Wiring may have a short as thermostat is resetting and not functioning properly every few weeks or so

AC Repair & HVAC Service - Springtime Air Conditioning Repair for a residential homeowner near Routh Roach Elementary School. The condensate line was clogged and found to be run improperly. The customer would like to try and adjust first before we rerun it. The compressor was overheating due to over cycling because the float switch was feathering between on and off. The issues have been resolved for the homeowner.
AC Repair - Springtime Air Conditioning Repair for a residential homeowner near Carriagehouse. Found contactor to be faulty due to ants clogging contacts. Replaced contactor and checked function no other issues found. The customer was relieved on departure.

Inspected system for cooling found no issues other than intermittent clanking sounds coming from compressor. Customer will keep watch over system and let us know when it fails so warranty replacement can be done.
