Lowered the fan speed to the indoor fan motor as it had a loud high pitch noise. No more noticeable noise.
1 system spring PM. Checked blower motor amps. Checked temperature differential. Inspected drain line and duct work. Replaced air filter. Checked condensing unit. Checked electrical components. No issues found at this time. System is working as designed and ready for summer weather.

3 1/2 ton 14 SEER American standard gas up flow install tomorrow 06/16/2021
Hard start kit was blown. Replaced start kit and ran unit. It is cooling properly at this time. Refrigerant pressures are normal. No other issues found at this time.
Evap coil is leaking refrigerant. Will call back tomorrow with quote for new coil.
We'll be sending the customer a quote for repairs and geting back to them about their questions and concerns found the system low on refrigerant as well as both compressors nearing total failure please see photos attached
Technicians arrived and visually inspected outside tankless water heater. No leaks were present and system started up as intended. UMC-117 control was checked and no error codes were present and temperature was set to 120. Customer accepted flush service of unit and technicians verified system was working properly after flush.
Drain line was clogged causing float switch to turn unit off. Blew drain line and returned to operating order. No other issues found at this time.
Ran large auger through mail line clean out in direction of home and toward street. Clog was cleared and tub, shower, and toilet were run simultaneously to confirm no more blockage.
Void of refrigerant. Added r-22. 6 pounds. Customer wants to replace system in the next couple months.
Recommend replacing capacitor check electrical connections everything is within manufacturer specifications talk to the customer about the system being 8 years old customer understands of the potential for future repairs
Perform system maintenance system is working properly at this time please see photos attached as well as recommended Air quality improvement upgrades
Replace disconnect and condenser fan motor will continue to monitor the health of the system
