Rick came out to install new part and checked out system and had it running to perfection. On time and wore covers on boots, very important to my wife.
Rick did a great job, however the lady that makes appointments forgot to schedule ours. We called for an appointment on Monday 11/2 to do our fall check and she told us she would schedule us for 11/12 from 1:00 to 3:00pm. When no one showed up by 3:00 on Thursday we called to see when the tech would arrive. The lady told us she forgot to log the appointment. I advised her that I took off work so I could be here so she needed to get someone out today. She said she was sorry and would get a tech out as soon as possible. We have been a good customer for over approx. 20 years and we have never encountered this. It also worried us that the lady initially told us she couldn't find our account in your files.
Very friendly, considerate, hard-working and very willing to answer any questions. I am so glad that he takes care of my air conditioning set-up so well. You are lucky to have such a great employee!!!
Rick was on time, very friendly, and answered all our questions. He performed a very thorough troubleshooting inspection, and recommended a solution. Our a/c is running great ever since. We have used AF1 in the past and were not disappointed this time in the service. Wish freon was cheaper, but I think it is what all the companies charge. But we did get to use a coupon on the service fee which was appreciated! :)
thorough diagnosis and quick resolution of problems. technician was clean, explained problems, offered solutions. wish I would have received a receipt for my records but did not.
Highley recomend:)
I have also been to the parts shop and I believe that the shop employees have just as much knowledge of the trade and are just as courteous and helpful.
will NEVER use anyone else as long as you are around!

Technician dropped off and replaced 16x20x4 filter.
Technicians arrived and found system not engaging when cooling was called. Primary drain line was found to be clogged with debris and the secondary float switch was triggered. Technicians removed clog from drain and had to rebuild primary drain in order to clear debris and access filter. Existing 16x20x4 filter was found to be dirty and dust and debris were found on coil. During diagnostic the condenser did not engage and upon further investigation the high pressure lock out code was found. Technicians reset the system and replaced 45+10 capacitor with turbo universal capacitor and system began to cool. Technicians recommended replacing filter and continue annual maintenance to ensure system fall within proper specs.
Both systems inspected. One unit found to have a slight whine in the compressor, but everything reads normally.
Furnace door had come off. Once reinstalled the thermostat was unresponsive so it was replaced wih a honeywell programmable thermo.
Float switch was tripped on system not allowing unit to run. Flushed and cleaned drain line. No other issues at this time. System is operating as designed.
