Rick came out to install new part and checked out system and had it running to perfection. On time and wore covers on boots, very important to my wife.
Rick did a great job, however the lady that makes appointments forgot to schedule ours. We called for an appointment on Monday 11/2 to do our fall check and she told us she would schedule us for 11/12 from 1:00 to 3:00pm. When no one showed up by 3:00 on Thursday we called to see when the tech would arrive. The lady told us she forgot to log the appointment. I advised her that I took off work so I could be here so she needed to get someone out today. She said she was sorry and would get a tech out as soon as possible. We have been a good customer for over approx. 20 years and we have never encountered this. It also worried us that the lady initially told us she couldn't find our account in your files.
Very friendly, considerate, hard-working and very willing to answer any questions. I am so glad that he takes care of my air conditioning set-up so well. You are lucky to have such a great employee!!!

Rick was on time, very friendly, and answered all our questions. He performed a very thorough troubleshooting inspection, and recommended a solution. Our a/c is running great ever since. We have used AF1 in the past and were not disappointed this time in the service. Wish freon was cheaper, but I think it is what all the companies charge. But we did get to use a coupon on the service fee which was appreciated! :)
thorough diagnosis and quick resolution of problems. technician was clean, explained problems, offered solutions. wish I would have received a receipt for my records but did not.
I have also been to the parts shop and I believe that the shop employees have just as much knowledge of the trade and are just as courteous and helpful.

Found system checking out to manufacturer specifications talk to the customer about replacing the thermostat as it is the most likely source of problems Customer agrees and will keep an eye on it

Technician Ricardo and Aaron performed diagnostic analysis on a carrier horizontal attic application found the flame sensor not providing enough AVE signal to the control board making it lockout on no flame sensed once the flame sensor was replaced the correct amount of millivolts was received and no other issues hound on the heating system
Technician Ricardo returned to replace outside air and defrost sensor on the Rheem 410 A heat pump system once both sensors were replaced double check free on levels to manufacture specs systems running correctly on both heating and cooling no other issues found system ready for a cold winter
Preventive heat check performed on a Rheem gas attic furnace carbon monoxide levels leaving the system check normal no carbon monoxide levels found inside the home filter still clean but left one extra one for next month temperature rise at 60 degrees no other issues found all safeties working correctly Systems ready for a cold winter thank you for your business from Air Force One in your tech Ricardo
Service contract 1-Year furnace inspection, replaced filter 14X25x2, Co inside airstream 0ppm, Co going out flue pipe 34ppm , motor amps ok, pressure switch port clear, safetys switches tested ok, system working properly
Heating Check of one rheem system. The filter was clean, 16x25x4. Carbon monoxide levels out of the flue were within safe operation, with no leaks in the airstream. All safeties were operating normally. Sealed up ceiling in the closet where equipment is located.
Heat check on horizontal left system found in attic co levels to outside & inside normal, temp rise60�. Would lile bid to replace 13yr old equipment. Keep fresh air kit just need to check when to replace main filter. 4ton system r22 to 410a
Tech found 24v wiring loosing outside replaced wirenuts due to rust built up & broken inside tested over & over couldnt get it to do it again. Working now. Wanting *& waiting for quote
Technician rico found downstairs main system downstairs blower variable speed module and motor needed to be replaced . Tested cooling aftr replacing part. In need of a full cooling check need to return
Loose low voltage wire going to the outside causing system to stay off
Rheem system was frozen, defrosted and found ow on r22 refrigerant. Added 3lbs or r22.
Technician Ricardo performed diagnostic found system low 3 pounds of r22 performed also an electronic leak detection did not pick up anything inside or outside maybe that small of a leak recharged checked everything else no other issues found at this time system should be up to par now
