Summertime HVAC Maintenance performed for a residential customer near Spring Creek. System preventative maintenance performed. Filter replaced. System is performing as it should and is ready for summer.
Summertime Thermostat Repair was performed for a residential customer near Cross Bend. Replaced thermostat wire installed on the customer-supplied thermostat.
Summertime HVAC Repair for a residential customer near Ridgewood. Customer would like an electronic leak check to make sure there is no leak inside and move towards replacing condenser, but keeping the air handler.
System preventative maintenance performed. Correct filter size was 20x25x4, left filter with customer. System is operational and ready for summer.
The remaining of the 5 lbs were used to get system to proper cooling. Temperature difference in system is 18 degrees. System is operational and ready for summer
AC Repair for a residential customer near Los Rios. Capacitor was replaced and functional. Low refrigerant was found in upstairs system and 1.2 lbs were charged into the system. Unit is still low and we will follow up to finish putting the refrigerant in.
AC Repair and Ductwork Adjustment for a residential homeowner near Harvestwood. System preventative maintenance performed. Upstairs unit is performing as it should. A duct was repaired, found to be knocked off of the brace allowing air flow into the attic. The downstairs condensing unit had a capacitor out of spec that was replaced as well. The upstairs condensing unit has a dead compressor saver however the startup amp draw was where it should be so that was not replaced.

AC Repair & Service for a residential customer near Horseshoe Park. A/c Repair performed on Trane 20x25x4 and Rheem 16x25x4 Replaced low voltage wiring and tested system. No issues at this time.
HVAC Repair for a residential customer near Horseshoe Park. Found left side Rheem unit furnace door to not be on fully causing the door switch to cut the unit off. The right side system appears to be functional but technician found the thermostat wire to have a break in it somewhere. Customer will call back to schedule techs to come out and run new wire.
