Rick M was great, but our experience with AF1's scheduling was abysmal. We were promised a window of 2 - 5 pm. The tech arrived at 6:40 pm, after we had taken the day off from work to be present for the appointment, for an extremely late service call with no way to contact anybody who could do anything about it. What kind of administration sends a tech from McKinney across rush hour traffic on Friday to South Dallas? I assume the kind that won't hire enough tech staff to carry out calls in a timely manner. Rick was splendid--no criticism of him. Air Force 1 should refrain from selling high ticket AC systems, and then crippling their techs who are trying to serve the public on their behalf. As we see it, the responsibility for quality and service resides at the top of the organization. You failed to earn your Angies' List commendations this time. Give your techs support, hire some more of them with your profits, and provide the service your customers deserve.
Completed system maintenance and it is working properly at this time as will as within manufacturer specifications system is ready for summer weather
Upstairs was a pound low on R-410A. Added refrigerant and leak sealant. Customer stated upstairs was not consistent with air flow. Suggest replacing master bedroom vents first and see if that helps. Will come up with a different plan if that doesnâ€™t pan out. Card payment didnâ€™t go through earlier. If you could pay with the payment link I will attach to the email that would be great thanks!

2 system spring PM. Checked blower motor amps and capacitors. Checked temperature differentials. Inspected drain lines and duct work. Replaced air filters. Checked condensing units. Checked refrigerant pressures and electrical components. No issues found at this time. Systems are working as designed. Customer renewed me membership for 1 year. Has 1 visit remaining.

Customerâ€™s shower faucet was leaking. Technicians arrived and removed cartridge and found seats and springs were not OEM and replaced with similar ones in truck. Technicians recommended rebuilding cartridge and seats with OEM parts and provided customer with estimate. Currently the shower is not leaking but no guarantee is available as no work was performed.

Fan and compressor amps and capacitor are good. Unit is void of refrigerant. Sent quotes to customer for adding refrigerant and dye pack. Also sent quote for new system. Financing is available.
Found capacitor exploded in electrical cabinet replaced recommend continual maintenance to catch problems like this from happening Please see photos attached

Checked compressor and fan motor amps and capacitors. Right side refrigerant pressure was low. Added 2 pounds of R-22 and UV dye. No other issues found at this time. System is working as designed.
