Checked system operations, tightened electrical connections, amp draws within range, 20x25x1 air filter to be replaced by client, recommend UV bulb should be replaced annually, drain pan treatment recommended for drain line, rinsed/deodorized indoor coils, flushed drain line with green cleaner and water. Client understands her ductwork needs attention and should be replaced. It is undersized and has water damage from being under the home. System operations normal.
