Technician Pete M is professional, on-point, personable, and really REALLY knows his stuff. He was kind even to help me with information with a part that I needed to replace for the air-filter grill. My wife and I decided to pay the fee for the semi-annual maintenance/diagnostic service for the Heating-AC units because of Pete’s excellent repair work. It would be great if he could be the one to do the diagnostics since he knows our units. We do, however, know that Air-Tech is obviously quite well staffed with only technicians of the highest quality if Pete M is not available. This is totally fine with us both! Office confirmed visit for regular maintenance the day before. Service Tech called 15 minutes before arrival, when he arrived and as he was leaving. (I was at work.) He provided a good summary of service and suggestied trimming vegetation near air con unit. He explained why. Excellent experience.
