I was dealing with my first ever Central AC problem and was referred to Air Tek by my home warranty company. The company was great at getting the repair done and Doug was an excellent technician. He took time to explained how my unit worked and explained the problem in details. He was friendly, up beat and wanted to answer any questions I had. This is my first Central AC system so Doug took his time to show me how the thermostat worked and how to program it. I thought this was awesome of him to do, specially on a Saturday afternoon, so I really appreciate that!

Called Saturday afternoon and Doug came out early Sunday (EARLY SUNDAY!!!) morning and replaced a burned-out blower in our heater. The weather has been cold and we appreciate the expedited service! Doug was awesome…friendly, funny and just a great person to connect with. We are brand-new homeowners and are so happy to finally have an HVAC person that we will be able to rely on in the future!
