I was dealing with my first ever Central AC problem and was referred to Air Tek by my home warranty company. The company was great at getting the repair done and Doug was an excellent technician. He took time to explained how my unit worked and explained the problem in details. He was friendly, up beat and wanted to answer any questions I had. This is my first Central AC system so Doug took his time to show me how the thermostat worked and how to program it. I thought this was awesome of him to do, specially on a Saturday afternoon, so I really appreciate that!
