I was able to get a same day service call. I received a call prior to the technician arriving. Alex was friendly and able to find multiple problems and fix all but one (a part had to be ordered). Even without the ordered part, the unit was ‘fixed’ so it would cool until the new part is received and installed. I couldn’t have asked for more from Alex.
