Mini split install and system maintenance
Did a one system diamond maintenance for the winter. Checked and cleaned blower variable speed. Checked limits and safety’s, cleaned vacuum ports, cleaned flame sensor. Tested unit several times, everything is to manufacture specs. Talked a lot about air scrubber, if customer wants it, will need to put in attic.
Performed preventive maintenance for a customer in Celina
Found system not running, found burnt 3 amp fuse. Checked conductors outside condenser found sun burnt conductors and repaired conductors. Added fuse and tested several times unit cooling properly at this time. Suggesting maintenance yearly.
