I had three new units out in. The crew was punctual, stayed on target for completion and the systems work great!
Mr. Rose and Shelby were very helpful and identified the problem easily. They were patient and provided me detailed explanations and greater insight into the problem. Then went on to fix the issue with a minimum of fuss. They were thorough, professional and courteous. And it was fun being around them! Much appreciated!
When doing business with Airmax, it always feels like I’m getting the oil changed on my car and all of a sudden I need tires/brakes/shocks. Then to top it off, they “say” we’ll give you a discount and it turns out to be $50 off a $1,300 job?! Stupid me to think Airmax is a reputable company, I’d rather get my oil changed. We’re so done thinking we could “trust” Airmax to do the customer right, maybe in my nightmares….. Then the up-sale (aka tires/brakes/shocks) $700 to caulk the area between the drywall and duct for 25 registers/grills. Come on, I hope I added lots more presents under the Christmas Trees OR maybe covered most of the Company Holiday party “steaks”. Good riddens!
You are fortunate to have Mark Rose as an employee. His work ethics are excellent and meets the public very well.
Jerry diagnosed the problem and was able to resolved it same visit.
Brain and the office team were great to work with via american home shield. Only use them when need ac repair.
Trey was able to quickly assess the problem and correct it in one visit.
