I have had some Ongoing cooling issues and after being called back after initial repair the technician was very understanding, extremely detailed and found a burnt wire outside! Hoping my cooling issues are over now and I love that AirMax customer service is so caring. I appreciate them not treating me like I’m crazy (as some service providers actually have done!)

Customer complained that furnace would light but go off 3 seconds later it would do that 4 times and not try for several hours, I found the flame sensor very dirty never has been cleaned I cleaned it and tested unit off and on several times. Cleaned vacuum port tested amps and ohmns. Suggested to customer aBout having maintenance yearly left info for him to read.

Preformed three system heating preventive maintenance. Checked furnaces for proper operation in the heating cycle. Did not find any problems. All three furnaces are working and heating properly at this visit.
Did a 2 system winter maintenance tuneup diamond plan wiped down blowers. Checked limits and safety’s,checked amps and ohmns, cleaned flame sensor,cleaned vacuum ports, tested its to heat properly. Found both units within manufacture specs. Suggest air scrubber.
