There is nothing worse than the A/C going out in the middle of the day during summer in Texas!!!! Called our regular repairman, but he was on vacation. He gave us two names of other people but no answer when we called. Grabbed the phone book and found AirNow Services. Called, expecting to have to leave a message. but Charlie answered after the second ring, explained the problem to him, he said he would be there as soon as possible. When he arrived, he introduced himself, asked again what was the problem, then went and looked at the unit. Came back in, told us what was wrong, went to his truck, brought in the correct part and installed it. All of this was done within 15 minutes. Within minutes you could feel the cool air blowing. Extremely happy family and very happy pets....... AirNow Services was very professional in every aspect of the entire call. They will be our Go-To-Guys from now on...... Thanks Charlie

AirNow was called out for a second opinion and as my husband thought our unit didn't need to be replaced nor could the so called conditions of the unit be found by AirNow that was reported to us by another company. I asked what they would charge for a unit if it had needed to be replaced, the quote was thousands of dollars cheaper. I made sure the quote was for the same unit size and quality as the first quote from the other company had given me. I highly recommend AirNow, and thank them for saving us a lot of money.
