They not only looked at the unit that needed to be replaced, but the duct work, air flow, layout and coverage needed - the entire requirement. Came back with multiple options, including zoning for more efficient cooling - which we accepted and really enjoy. Best of all, they put the unit in, let it run for a period of time, came back to do a QA on the system, airflow, and out satisfaction. THEN, asked for the final payment!! Really appreciated the customer first mentality.
