Brian from Airtech came for a furnace tune up. He was careful and thorough when checking the system. His attitude while working and while communicating with me conveyed that he enjoyed his job and cared that everything was done right. He was extremely knowledgeable and was able to answer my questions in detail and with clarity. Being able to explain things clearly is a skill in itself.
