Brian from Airtech came for a furnace tune up. He was careful and thorough when checking the system. His attitude while working and while communicating with me conveyed that he enjoyed his job and cared that everything was done right. He was extremely knowledgeable and was able to answer my questions in detail and with clarity. Being able to explain things clearly is a skill in itself. He told me about other services his company could provide that would be beneficial to me without adding any pressure. I knew that Airtech has a good reputation but Brian exceeded my expectations! Brian made me feel confident that I can rely on Airtech again if I need help with anything in the future.
