Furnace tuneup at My Circle Pines customers house. Unfortunately the system is having multiple issues including having cracks in the heat exchanger. At this point the customer decided not to do any of the repairs on the furnace. Customer is meeting with a comfort adviser tomorrow to weigh over options of replacement. Happy customer!
