Furnace, water heater, and humidifier tuneup at my Maple Grove customers house. The furnace and humidifier operating in great condition. Unfortunately the water heater is not in good shape and should be replaced. Customer was given an estimate for replacement as well as a duct cleaning estimate. Happy customer!
