Bruce did the semi annual inspection, focused on the air conditioner for spring. He was very thorough and reviewed his findings with me.He answered questions that I had, even a couple not directly related to the air or furnace. I was pleased with his work. He arrived promptly and called when he was on his way. I marked down convenience a little, because I would always like a tighter time of arrival--maybe two hours instead of three.
