I tried this company after being feed up with my other provider. I an very happy I did. The repairs were spot on. The technician (Sam) was the best Technician I ever dealt with. He fixed the problem.. He took the time to do the job right. This is a no brainer. if you need Furnace and Air Conditioning work done you would be a fool not to call this Company. My old provider is fired. Let me add this the price was very fair as well. .

Sam was great, he explained the options for AC repair, and the duct vents which were positioned wrong causing upper level to be poorly cooled. He explained the AC differences and approximate costs, he spent a lot of time to be sure all my questions were answered. He also has a pleasant professional manner and does not talk down to the customer.

We called on a Thursday night at 7 pm. Our air conditioner went out right before the 3 day heat warnings. They came at 9 the next morning, had it fixed in 30 minutes, all for a very reasonable price. I was contacted before the call and a follow up call after to check my satisfaction. This is an example of the customer service that will have me calling them for any HVAC problem i have in the future. They were great, and we HIGHLY recommend then. Completely satisfied!
