We called on a Thursday night at 7 pm. Our air conditioner went out right before the 3 day heat warnings. They came at 9 the next morning, had it fixed in 30 minutes, all for a very reasonable price. I was contacted before the call and a follow up call after to check my satisfaction. This is an example of the customer service that will have me calling them for any HVAC problem i have in the future. They were great, and we HIGHLY recommend then. Completely satisfied!
