it all worked well. I was not convinced I got the best deal, but I was loyal to the relationship and did not want to shop around, still waiting for a copy of the invoice \The personnel were good and was happy with that. Polite, clean, informed. worked well together. was not told a recycling truck was on the way to pick up the huge pile of trash and had expected the two trucks here to resolve that. panicked. wife was pissed. not good, I needed to have informed the security gate for their entry, so there was some confusion. perhaps just an oversite but was an unhappy ending to what had worked well. , =

Javier Rodriguez was my service tech for the 2nd time. Upon his arrival, he asked me what was going on. He went to check the unit and was able to quickly identify the problem. Javier quoted me a price and upon my approval went to work. He had my ac back up and running again in less than 30 minutes. Perform cooling maintenance on a 2022 3 1/2 ton Goodman split heat pump. All electronics and pressures are within factory specifications. Unit had a 22° temperature split. I installed power enhancement system unit running normal with an exit temperature of 52°.
Performed cooling maintenance on 2014 Lennox split gas system 3 ton and a 2023 Rheem split with first company air handler found a bad cap on the Lennox unit. Replaced it now all electronics and pressures are within factory specifications. Both units have better than 20° temperature split in both were operational one with a 57° temp sprint in one with a 58° temp split at departure.
