Javier Rodriguez was my service tech for the 2nd time. Upon his arrival, he asked me what was going on. He went to check the unit and was able to quickly identify the problem. Javier quoted me a price and upon my approval went to work. He had my ac back up and running again in less than 30 minutes. Freddie came out to do a regular maintenance on our AC unit and to check out a possible issue with our aircycler unit. Freddie did a thorough maintenance on the unit in a timely manner and then proceeded to check out the aircycler issue. He spent a good 30 min. trying to figure out the issue with numerous trips up to the attic with extreme AZ temperatures. Finally after numerous attempts, he contacted his supervisor to appraise him of the issue and possibly get suggestions on what to do further. His supervisor advised Freddie that he would assign the issue to another tech. for follow up. Freddie went above and beyond to solve the problem regardless of the extreme temperatures in the attic.Job well done.
