it all worked well. I was not convinced I got the best deal, but I was loyal to the relationship and did not want to shop around, still waiting for a copy of the invoice \The personnel were good and was happy with that. Polite, clean, informed. worked well together. was not told a recycling truck was on the way to pick up the huge pile of trash and had expected the two trucks here to resolve that. panicked. wife was pissed. not good, I needed to have informed the security gate for their entry, so there was some confusion. perhaps just an oversite but was an unhappy ending to what had worked well. , =
