Elijah arrived early, stayed late, explained extensively several options and their ramifications. He cleaned and fixed our entire system, and miraculously left looking as gorgeous as he arrived. You must have magicians working for you (plus he paid attention to our knucklehead dogs, who adored him)
I went back on my old receipts and the price was more then double then 2 years ago.
He took time to explain the part that needed to be replaced and why

Jarryd was polite, professional, and quick. He took the time to get answers to me questions even when he had to call the office.
Jack clearly knows what he is doing and takes care to do a thorough maintenance inspection. He verified working components and cleared out dirt and debris that could cause problems down the road. In addition, someone not focused on the job would likely not have picked up an issue with the AC drain pipe from hearing a slight gurgle when he turned the unit off and knew what it meant. He was able to clearly explain the problem to me over the phone in Oregon and what needed to be done. I agreed and he was able to address the issue during the same visit. He was friendly and engaged with my dad and his caregiver, taking the time to also explain to them what he was doing and why. For years Alaska AC & Heating has been there for us and every experience has been positive with the techs and support people in the office. In addition, kudos to your IT people for managing an excellent set of tools to help keep everyone on the same page and resolve any issues that might come up. Computer system implementation and maintenance tends to be invisible to users when all goes well. But I know it requires teamwork and a lot of work to make it look easy.
