Yeah right, there is nothing wrong. The AC runs 45min to over one hour to cool the house by one degree, with the thermostat set to either 79 or 80 degrees, with the outside temperature at 109 or less. There is nothing wrong with the fan or the fan motor, sorry. Thanks for nothing; I wasted $130 on you. Can you issue a refund back to me ?

Now that I have your attention, Jeremy was on time, very professional and personable. He laughed at our stupid jokes while trying to make light that the AC wasn’t working. He quickly identified the problem, offered a solution and proceeded to fix the system for which we are so thankful for!! Alaskan Air has been amazing and highly recommend their services!!!

Installed two rooftop hp package units * Customer was informed that we are not liable for existing drain line if they choose to reuse it. Customer chose to reuse existing drain line. Customer was shown pictures of existing drain line prior to decision.
