Highly recommend this company!!

I purchased my new a/c unit six years ago. They had to convert my swamp cooling to a/c, so there was a lot of work put into that. The techs were so nice and personable. Every other tech since has been so friendly! The office staff has always been so friendly as well. Every time I call for service they are so agreeable and work with me and my schedule. And their commercials give me a bit of a chuckle.

Fast response time!

RJ was great. He explained the problem with my system and was able to fix it same-day. He offered upgrades and pricier options, but wasn't pushy about me declining those. He did arrive 2 hours after the scheduled appointment window, but especially during the Arizona summer season, I am just happy we got the issue fixed same-day. I suspect this is more a problem with Alaskan over-booking appointments than it is techs being lax with appointment times.

I recently completed a split gas furnace installation for a client in the city. The furnace was installed in a new home and was designed to provide efficient heating and cooling for the entire house. The installation process involved removing the old furnace and ductwork, installing the new furnace and ductwork, and connecting the furnace to the electrical and gas lines. One of the challenges of the installation was the tight space in the attic. The furnace had to be installed in a small space between two joists, and the ductwork had to be routed through a small hole in the ceiling. This required careful planning and execution to ensure that the installation was done safely and efficiently. Another challenge was the weather. The installation was completed in the winter, and the weather was cold and windy. This made it difficult to work outside and to ensure that the furnace was installed properly. However, the team was able to work quickly and efficiently to complete the installation

I was called to a home in the suburbs to repair a leak in a home's roof. Upon arrival, I found that the roof was a 5-year-old Lennox package roof system. I inspected the roof and found that the shingles were curling and had some missing granules. I removed the damaged shingles and replaced them with new ones. I also repaired any damaged flashing and sealed any gaps around the chimney and vents. The customer was very pleased with the work and thanked me for my prompt and professional service.

I was called to diagnose a Goodman AC system. I arrived at the customer's home and began by inspecting the unit's electrical connections and components. I then used a diagnostic tool to check the system's refrigerant pressure and voltage. After that, I performed a thorough inspection of the unit's coils, fins, and blower wheel to ensure they were clean and functioning properly. Finally, I tested the unit's airflow and temperature control to ensure it was operating correctly.

I am a skilled professional that works for a Alaskan Air Conditioning & Heating - Tucson company. I was called to replace a capacitor in an air conditioning unit. The capacitor was located in the condenser unit, which is located outside the home. I removed the old capacitor and replaced it with a new one, making sure that the connections were secure. I also checked the electrical connections to the unit to ensure that they were working properly.
