The technician you sent was totally unprepared to service our unit even though you were told it was old . As far as As your tech goes he is probably doing the best he could. I have decided to look else ware as I didn’t get one estimate on cost of replacement.

The Alaskan rep was courteous and competent (although late arriving due to high work load) and repaired my A/C unit. However, I check around after completion and found that I could have gotten the same work done at less than 1/2 the price using a local Sierra Vista contractor. Ripped Off.
