We requested Justin to be mindful that we just had housekeeping come and to watch debris on our nice hardwood maple floors and to please keep attic access clean from black marks and prints. He stated not to worry he’d clean up afterwards. Unfortunately debris from attic were over the ground and attic cover is dirty with 4 handprints and marks. On top of that. My AC has been working fine with no issues whatsoever. I simply called for a tuneup service because it had been a little while since my last tuneup. He stated that I had a leak and the cost would be around $4000 to replace the part and if I did a quick repair that would be about $1400 as he stated “to be honest those we find to be ineffective”.

I successfully completed a comprehensive repair on a Lennox HVAC system. I performed a comprehensive maintenance service on an 8.5-year-old Carrier split heat pump system. This included a thorough inspection of all components, cleaning and replacing the air filters, lubricating the motor, and checking the electrical connections. I also tested the thermostat functionality, inspected the refrigerant levels, and ensured the system was operating efficiently. The maintenance aimed to enhance the system's performance and extend its lifespan.
I conducted a thorough inspection of the mini split system, identifying issues with the indoor unit's refrigerant levels and a malfunctioning compressor. After safely draining and refilling the refrigerant, I replaced the faulty compressor and ensured all connections were secure.
