Arturo was a very good tech. I am however hugely disappointed in the unit you sold me. It’s cost me over $5000 to keep it running and I’ve only had it for 5 years. I wouldn’t recommend using Alaska to anyone.

Service was cordial, and friendly. A bit too much sharing of religious beliefs. I responded to an offer for a late summer early fall inspection. The objective was to entice me to sign up for a long term service contract or a least a short term. There was also a soft sell on duct cleaning. I declined the purchases of a service contract and duct cleaning contract. Save your money earn interest on it. Service contracts are a great thing for the company selling them, not so great for consumers.

I was called to a home in the winter to perform maintenance on a Trane furnace. I repaired the wire and tested the furnace again. The furnace was now working properly. The customer was very happy with the work I had done. They were impressed with my knowledge and expertise and said that they would recommend me to their friends and family. I am a highly skilled home service professional and I take pride in my work. I am a highly skilled home service professional who recently completed a winter maintenance job on a heat pump condo location. I am a home service technician. I recently completed the insulation of a plenum. The plenum is a space between the ceiling and the roof that contains air ducts, wiring, and other mechanical components. The insulation was necessary to improve energy efficiency and reduce heat loss in the building. I used a variety of insulation materials, including fiberglass, cellulose, and foam board, to ensure that the plenum was properly insulated. The insulation was installed using a variety of techniques, including blowing, spraying, and rolling. After the insulation was installed, I tested the plenum to ensure that it was properly insulated. If any areas were found to be deficient, I would have to remove the insulation and install more. Once the insulation was installed, I cleaned up the work area and removed all of the equipment and materials. The customer was very pleased with the work that I had done and paid me the agreed-upon price.
