Jacob did a very thorough job! The only unfortunate part was having to reschedule due to the fact that the first appointment the technician (not Jacob) didn’t show up in the appointment window.

Jacob Acedo performed snnual maintenance on both of our HVAC units for our home. He arrived a little before his scheduled time, shared with us what he planned to do, asked about questions we had, answered them with detailed clarity and got about his service. When finished he checked in with us and covered every aspect of the inspection and subsequent work he performed. Since one item needs additional service he set up an appointment about one week right on the spot. He confirmed that he would perform that work. We wish what more service specialists were as thorough, competent and customer focused as Jacob. Besides, Jacob is a very nice man even in Tucson’s summer heat. We look forward to having Jacob work with on our units in the future.

I was called to a home in the suburbs to perform preventative maintenance on two Lennox and one Rheem system. The Lennox units were 10 and 12 years old, respectively, and the Rheem unit was 15 years old. The maintenance included cleaning the coils, checking the electrical connections, and replacing the air filters. I also checked the refrigerant levels and made sure the systems were operating properly.
I was called to a home service company to repair a thermostat and a blower wheel. The thermostat was dirty and the blower wheel was coming back tomorrow morning. I had to stop at Lennox to get a new thermostat and then return to the customer's home to install it.
I was dispatched to a home in the suburbs to repair a Trane package heat pump. The unit was not cooling the home, and the customer was concerned that the unit was broken. I arrived at the home and diagnosed the issue as a faulty compressor. I replaced the compressor and the unit was cooling again. The customer was very happy with the service and thanked me for my help.
I am a highly skilled home service professional who recently completed a job in Alaska. The job involved removing a large tree from a client's property. The tree was located in a difficult-to-reach area and had grown to be quite large, making it a challenging task. To begin, I assessed the tree and determined the best way to remove it. I used a chainsaw to cut the tree into smaller pieces, which were then loaded onto a truck and transported to a nearby landfill. The job took several hours, but I was able to complete it without any accidents or injuries. One of the most challenging aspects of the job was the weather. Alaska is known for its extreme weather conditions, and the day I was working was no exception. The temperature was below freezing, and there was a strong wind blowing. This made it difficult to work safely and efficiently. Despite the challenges, I was able to complete the job successfully. The client was pleased with the results, and I was proud of my work. I am gratef
I am a home service technician, and I recently completed a job for a client who signed up for a one-year maintenance plan. The plan includes regular maintenance checks, cleaning, and repairs to keep the client's home in good condition. I arrived at the client's home on the scheduled day and performed a thorough inspection of the property. I identified any issues that needed attention and provided a detailed estimate for the repairs. The client agreed to the estimate and signed the maintenance plan. I scheduled the repairs for a convenient time for the client and provided them with a copy of the maintenance plan. I also provided the client with a list of recommended maintenance tips to keep their home in good condition. The client was very satisfied with the service and expressed gratitude for the peace of mind that the maintenance plan provided. I am proud of the work I performed and look forward to completing more jobs in the future.
The unit is 30 years old and has a whole host of problems, including cleanliness, power consumption, and a small refrigerant leak. The condenser is 20 years old.
I was called to a home to perform a deep cleaning on a unit that had been vacant for a while. The unit was in fair mechanical condition, but it needed a lot of heavy cleaning. I spent several hours cleaning the floors, walls, and appliances, and I also replaced the carpet in one of the bedrooms. The unit was left in excellent condition, and the homeowner was very pleased with the work I had done.
I was hired to clean a snowboard. I started by vacuuming the inside and outside of the board. I then cleaned out the coils.
I was called to a customer's home to perform maintenance on a Lennox package unit. The unit was six years old and had been having issues with the air conditioner not cooling the house. I arrived at the customer's home and performed a thorough inspection of the unit. I found that the evaporator coil was dirty and needed to be cleaned. I also found that the condenser coil was also dirty and needed to be cleaned. I cleaned the coils and replaced the air filter. After cleaning the coils, the unit started cooling the house again. I am a highly skilled and experienced home service professional. I recently completed a furnace inspection/maintenance job for a client in the area. The furnace was over 15 years old and had not been serviced in several years. During the inspection, I checked the furnace's electrical connections, inspected the blower motor and heat exchanger, and tested the thermostat. I also cleaned the furnace's burners, inspected the flue, and made any necessary adjustments. After the inspection, I provided the client with a detailed report outlining the findings and recommending any necessary repairs or maintenance. The client was very pleased with the service and expressed satisfaction with the results. I am proud of the work I performed and take great pride in providing my clients with high-quality service. I look forward to completing more jobs in the future and helping my clients keep their homes comfortable and safe.
