Bob and his new hire Trent did a good job on the install. Bob doubled checked Trent's work and gave Trent pointers and little quizzes as the install progressed. There was what I believe is called an evacuation pump failure. Bob reacted quickly made a call to Chris to make sure everything was ok then explained to Trent why he did what he did. The only two problems I had was first: The payment app. used. I gave a down payment with my debit card and my card info was apparently saved to whomever has the app. I had no need to give my card numbers again for final payment because they were saved. Needless to say I'll be watching my card closely. The second issue....no receipt for payment or for work performed.
