Technician was very polite and showed up on time. Was very professional with attitude and explained repairs. Issue was that a gas valve needed to be replaced and technician per "code" used ½" straight ball valve. Appliance gas valve as line was ⅜". Technical didn't know how to remove treaded appliance connection at back of dryer. I went to Home Depot and an associate there showed me how to replace appliance part to connect ½" line. It was very basic repair that All Pro should have been capable of doing. In addition, the new valve is straight and now dryer sticks out from wall 4-5". Ordered angle gas ball valve from Amazon to finish repair myself.
