I will never ever use Aloha Aire again! The service man never used a tool, took off the spout on shower & screwed new one on and charged me $219.00. I tried to talk to manager & he told me that some customers were not wanted at Aloha Aire, which is fine because I will not use them again. Liars about pricing so do yourself favor & find a trust worthy company or individual.

At Aloha Aire, we pride ourselves on delivering outstanding customer service each and every time. It is company policy to provide up-front, flat-rate pricing for all repairs that must be approved by the homeowner before any repairs are made. The Plumbing Professional failed to get the approval for the repair before performing the repair. Although no complaints about the pricing or service provided were made at the time of service, our company policy concerning up-front pricing was not adhered to. Our certified technician did properly make repairs to some bathroom plumbing that someone else (not Aloha Aire) had damaged. Due to the failure of the technician to provide up-front pricing, we have left you a voice mail informing you that we will be issuing you a full refund for today's service.
