From a referral I contacted Alpha and got a same day appt! Greg and his assistant made an assessment of my unit and was told it wasn't working as best it could. Our heat pump flamed out on Sunday morning. Contacted Alpha heating on Monday, they were here Monday afternoon to diagnose. We needed a replacement heat pump. They provided us with a good recommendation for a comparable unit, right size, right price. We were back up and running by mid day on Friday. Thanks so much for the great service!

Alpha Hearing and Air were AWESOME!!! We called the day after our unit went out. It was 115 degrees!! They prioritized their schedule to work on cooling problems only. Within 3 hours Drake showed up and fixed our unit. Drake was professional, knowledgeable, honest and kind. We were so impressed with Drake's commitment and work ethic that we signed up for the "twice a year inspection" offer. THANK YOU guys for having integrity!!!

Greg from Alpha was very professional and skillful in diagnosing and repairing my A/C. He was polite and he took the time to show me what the problem was an d what it would take to repair it.
