Our heat pump flamed out on Sunday morning. Contacted Alpha heating on Monday, they were here Monday afternoon to diagnose. We needed a replacement heat pump. They provided us with a good recommendation for a comparable unit, right size, right price. We were back up and running by mid day on Friday. Thanks so much for the great service!

Our repairman, Gary, worked for hours in the hot sun to fix our heat pump. After checking all equipment thoroughly and finding no obvious reason for why the compressor wouldn’t turn on, he crawled under the house where he found a broken wire. He fixed that, then he added refrigerant to the heat pump and, like magic, we have cool air in the house!!!! Gary’s a hero! He kept searching until he finally found the problem and corrected it.
