Marc & Kyle arrived on time greeted Patti and I, then went straight to work. Laying down mats first and then the removal of the old and installing the new furnace. The men were efficient, clean and relatively quiet. (Tin banging is not one of my favourite noises.) As they were cleaning up, they took the time to explain the furnace, humidifier and thermostat workings and functions. A great pair, dynamic duo and the "A" team Marc & Kyle are to be commended on their work ethics and general product knowledge. Also the estimator/sales rep, Bob Thibert , was professional and very competent. He did not over sell but gave us the right price, with the right fit. Best regards. Bob&Patti
