My appointment for my yearly summer service was performed by Nicholas. He did an excellent job plus he discovered I had a water leak and my carpet by the patio door was soaked. Nicholas used my carpet shampooer to get up all the water from the carpet and helped me get a plumber. He is an excellent representative for Ambient. He is courteous and very professional.

Louie Navarrete was our plumber that installed our Water Heater. He was friendly and a pleasure to deal with. He showed up as scheduled, greeted us, inquired as to what we needed and quickly and efficiently went to work on installing the Water Heater and Pressure expansion tank. He double checked his work to insure the proper installation. He was knowledgeable and instructed us as to the proper care of the Water Header and Expansion Tank. He represents the company in an outstanding manner and I would recommend him to anyone. Thank You Louie for a Great Job.

Arrived on site. Gave the customer an estimate to replace the cartridge for the single handle shower valve. Also recommend installing a softener system. Customer accepted the estimate for the shower cartridge. Customer stated they will request an estimate for a softener install at a later time. Replaced cartridge and tested for functionality. Spout now open and closes normally. Customer happy.
Replace ac furnace and coil attic access in bathroom reconnect to existing ductwork and electrical
On arrival system is running but intermittently shuts down even though thermostat is calling. Fault code L0, problem in control board. Outdoor temp was 120 and according to display, control board temp was 147. System may be shutting down to protect control board but need to talk to tech support. Arrived too late to call techs support, they are east coast and close by 3pm. Need to reschedule for 12-1 another day Spoke with Bosch tech support and we diagnosed the system with a bad inverter board as well as bad compressor. Submitted parts order sheet and will be waiting on parts to arrive. Replaced compressor and inverter board. Tested system operations and everything is working well at this time. Advised home owner to run system as he normally would and monitor if temperature is being satisfied.
Found outdoor fan motor running very slow and very high amps. System shutting off on high pressure safety. Run capacitor for fan internally shorted, needs new capacitor under parts warranty Returned with new capacitor. Installed part and tested system operation. Everything working normally at this time.

Arrived on site customer saying no water to refrigerator, no water at refrigerators angle stop. Previous work didn’t include water to fridge. Need to charge for more time to find out why there’s no water to the angle stop. Customer wants to wait to see if the problem can get fix before signing up for vip. Cooling maintenance on a r-22 Goodman unit checked capacitors amp draws and pressures everything looks good and is working as intended at this time.
Arrived on site and inspected under sink. 2 valves with corrosion. Garbage disposal mount was not tight causing it to leak. Garbage disposal is fine and functioning properly. Customer also requested quote for install on RO system. Inspected area for softener install. Loop already in place. Gave customer estimate for installs. Customer accepted estimate. Installed customer supplied softener system. Tested all connections. No leaks. Programmed softener and added 4 bags customer provided salt. Installed 2 new dual angle stops. Tested. No leaks. Installed customer provided RO system and removed air gap for faucet install. Tested system. No issues or leaks. Informed the customer about purging procedure. Left dishwasher connections unhooked as dishwasher will be installed today or tomorrow by appliance company. All connections good. No issue. Collected payment. Customer satisfied with todays service.
