Arrived on site and checked in with staff for quarterly filter change. Brought in six foot ladder for access to filter grill. Attached before and after pictures to invoice. All work is complete.
Arrived on site. Inspected existing water softener. Recommend replacing. Gave the customer multiple estimates for the work. Customer will contact us when they are ready to proceed with the project. Customer satisfied with todays service.
Returned on-site with replacement EEV control board. After wiring in system, re-energized power and tested in cooling with no issues or further faults. Checked system pressures after 30 minutes of runtime to find satisfactory cooling and charge. Work completed.
Presented customer with options to install a mini split on their garage and on their craft room.
Arrived to find water in ducting by the home’s bathroom. Checked and verified water is not coming from AC drain line on other side of the home. Can hear rushing water under bathroom from the crawl space. Will need plumbing services.

Installation of two split system heat pump and coil. Transition to existing ductwork. Remove and dispose of existing equipment. Reuse existing furnace. Cooling maintenance on a 2019 Lennox package unit checked refrigerant pressures amp draws capacitors and contactor found the capacitor reading outside of spec and the contactor badly burned and pitted replaced the parts under warranty and unit is working as intended at this time. Unable to get temp split as customer was worried about his dogs biting me.
Water leaking in attic, dripping thru light fixture. Water does not appear to be coming from unit itself. Determined that original install did not glue pvc pipe properly and when tech was in the attic over the weekend, he jogged the pipe and it came apart. Reglued and secured pipe and tested drainage.
Gave customer multiple quotes on repipe and did a fallow up call.
Arrived at customer's residence and found condenser shut off via disconnect breaker. After starting the system and tesing in cool, noted a fault on the EVC board for the condesate switch circuit. Verified that there was no switch installed and that the circuit was open, indicating the fault should not have occurred at all. Determined that the EVC board is faulty and will need to be replaced. Could not get in contact with Trane technical support while onsite or to bypass the fault for temporary cooling. Will submit parts order for part. Applied customer's coupon.
To get a tech on site with a lift to service/diagnose swamp coolers. A scissor lift will need to be rented. More quotes may follow. Arrived on site just after 8. Lift was not on site. Waited ten mins and messaged kandyce lift finally arrived at 8:40. Got on to roof and checked both evap coolers. Both coolers need new media, straw style there are 16 22x44x2 panels total. Both coolers need new pumps and one of them needs a new blower motor. Water lines on both are good and float switches work. The one with bad blower also needed to be vacuumed out which tech did while on site. Once tech was finished and quoted everything out he moved the lift to outside the gate so it could be picked up. All work is complete.
On arrival found unit running and cooling with water leaking at FAU Found unit leaking due to aux pan not connected to drain Remove drain line from EVAP and installed on Aux coil EVAP will drain into AUX pan and drain out thru main drain Check unit operation in cool Amps pressure and run cap on fan compressor blower motor Inspect unit filter Unit running proporly at this time of service
On arrival found fan motor siezed up Due to bad bearing Check run cap and preasure to be proper Customer declined repaire at this time Customer declined payment plan due to credit Close unit and chexk out with customer Unit off at this time Check #1051
