Spencer arrived timely, after checking in with us went-right to work. He checked our cooling system. He was knowledgeable and did his job, despite 120+ heat. He was greatly appreciated!

Arrived at residence for a tripped 16 SEER Lennox unit that had tripped its breaker. Customer reset breaker prior to this technician's arrival and was consistently operating during the diagnostic. Checked temps and amperage on the circuit. Found the L2 side of the AC breaker excessively hot due to a loose wire lug causingthe breaker to trip on high temp. Retightened all wiring leading back to the unit. After testing, found no excessive heat loads that could likely trip the breaker again. System to cool to customer preference. Service warranty.

Arrived on site. Gave the customer multiple estimates to update for existing water heater. Customer agreed to the repairs. Installed thermal expansion tank sediment trap new pressure, relief valve and anode rod. Restored water and check for leaks. None at this time. Customer happy.

Arrived on site. Checked in with homeowner. Inspected condenser unit with UV light for any signs of UV die. Checked pressures. Pressures remain similar to last visit after charging system. Inspected evaporator coils. Inspected line set. Found thermostat wire damaged. Cut back thermostat wire and made a new connections. No leaks have been detected at this time. Will follow up again in about a month.

Arrived to provide home plumbing inspection, water heater put in in 2020. Flushed and customer informed that a anode rode replacement possibly next year. Customer has appliance insurance so will replace water heater when needed. Tested water hardness and talked to customer. Said he will call provider for water softener to see options. Did whole home inspection everything was normal wear and tear but no leaks at this time.

Cooling maintenanc3z 2016 Lennox split gas system we installed. Checked all components on todays visit and found no issues. R410a refrigerant pressures, delta t, amp draws, and capacitors were reading within manufacturer specs. Unit is running and cooling as designed at this time.

Upon inspection found error code stating inverter heat sink temperature exceeded limit. Reset lockout code and tested operations. Everything is working well at this time. Will need to contact tech support on Monday to further go over what he error code could be caused by. Spoke to tech support and home owner will come out again if unit has same issue happen again.

Arrived on site. Checked in with Heather. Inspected thermostat. Inspected filter. Replaced filter. Inspected condenser. Checked pressures. Rinsed condenser coils. Found pressures with a 44° superheat and a 5° sub cool. Checked delta tea. Delta T has a 12° split. System is slightly low on charge. Because system was just filled a few days ago, will quote an extensive leak search. Will quote to recharge system. Returned to site. Checked pressures. Found superheat slightly higher than last visit and subcool slightly lower than last visit, indicating a loss of more refrigerant. Used electronic leak detector to locate leak coming from suction line schraeder core valve. Used leak bubbles to verify that the core is leaking. Replaced valve core. Charged unit with 2lbs of R410a refrigerant. Inspected air handler. Found condensate secondary drain pan full of water. Inspected inside air handler. Main drain pan is backed up, over flowing into entire system. Found ecm blower motor wiring harness lyi

Replace 1/2 gate vale that is leaking with a new ball valve style. Tested with no leaks noted. Did find bathroom sink shut off were closed. Opened and no leaks noted but put toilet paper down and told customer to check later of paper is wet.

Arrived on site and inspected bathroom with sulfur smell in water and tested all other fixtures. Smell only persists on hot water side. Customer has filtration and softener system in place which is operating properly. Water heater is an AO smith notorious for failed anode rods and customer said this has been an issue since they moved in 9-10 years ago. Recommended replacing with Rheem 40 gallon electric for cost effectiveness and due to age of water heater. Also gave estimate for anode rod replacement. Customer will speak to his wife when she gets home and contact us if they wish to go through with either estimate. Emailed all estimates to customer. Customer satisfied with todays service.
