I felt like the technician that came out to check our old unit was very knowledgeable and frank , I ask him his opinion about repairing it and I felt confident he was giving me the actual facts so I could make an informed decision on a new purchase , also the men that changed out the old unit were diligent and dedicated to get the job finished , also they all were as clean with the house as possible, having to deal with cold weather and mud .
