Today Rick Miller conducted the annual inspection of our air conditioner. He noted a bit of water on the floor in the basement near the furnace, and he helped me find the source of the water, which was merely some run off from a condensation pipe leading to the sump pump pit. But I truly appreciate him bringing it to my attention as I do not like to allow water issues to fester. Also, Rick explained the benefits of installing a compressor protector on our air conditioner, and I chose to have him do so. Rick is competent and explains issues and equipment well to the customer.
