AmeriServe was Heaven sent! Came home to find my furnace not working which for us meant no heat or hot water because we have oil. Call after call no luck with other companies. But Scott answered, was very helpful because it was already at the end of day there wasn't anything available, Scott assured to have someone out to me in the morning by making some adjustments and gave helpful tips for the meantime. After hanging up Scott personally called me back updating me that an opening came up and could have a tech out to me right away. I couldn't have been any happier. The technician Guy showed up he too was just as pleasant, helpful very knowledgeable like Scott and explained everything the whole way through. Scott even came out himself to our home to assess the situation. Both were honest, personable and more so the quality of their work spoke wonders. Because of their impeccable service what we thought was going to be a nightmare became a blessing in disguise! We will only do business with them moving forward. Highly recommended!!
