Alex was prompt and advised me of his arrival as per my request. He was courteous, helpful and knowledgeable. He has serviced my Air Conditioner before and I would not have anyone but him. He is an asset to the company. Rarely do you find someone so nice and at the same time respectful and knowledgeable.
