My appointment was scheduled from 11-2, the Tech arrived around 3:15. He was very nice. He got right to work on figuring out what was the issue with the A/C unit. He explained to me the issue and that he would be able to fix it. He gave me the price/total cost up front. I agreed with the price and he completed the job in a matter of minutes. Thanks Kent for the great work. He also advise me of a plan the Ameritech offers that includes 2 maintenance cost per year and gave me the price. I told him if we decide to sign up for the plan I would make sure I give his name.
