Alex called early in the appointment time and let me know he was on the way. He arrive just as stated and was quick to diagnose the problem. He was polite, friendly and very accurate with what needed to be done. After fixing the part he checked the system and let me know what the a/c was working at. It was a pleasure to have Alex service my unit.
